I’m building a ramjet fueled by methanol. Thinking of making a fuel injection system consisting of a straw with fine holes to spray the fuel. But will it dissolve?

a straw i doubt some types of foam yes

No a straw will be made of polyolefin (most likely polypropylene), which will be resistant to Methanol.
However, if the straw is anywhere near the combustion chamber it will melt.
