The history of injection molding

A history of the plastics processing method known as injection molding.

My homemade electronic fuel injection enhancer and my pulse width modulator controller combined in a small under-the-dash box. This box also holds a led light and a relay and a switch that will control everything.

O2 sensor signal voltage is 0.6-1.0 volts depending on o2 content, not 4 volts. All you will end up doing with this setup is triggering the service engine light which will set a default value of 0.7 volts. You seem to be trying to force the value that is already correct. What you need to do is reflash the ecu with modded settings.

What do you use to measure the level of gas being produced and injected – and also how does this alter the ECU to tell it to inject less petrol/diesel as more hydrogen is injected?
Where did you get your remap file for the ECU from and how did you rewrite it to include hydrogen sensing and proportional injection? I am interested in this part of it. Messing with the MAF sensor will not do much. You need to make the ECU and map aware of hydrogen and how it will work. I think you were scammed!

hello, I’m interece this equipment, you must have interece to sell a unit of this? me explain more about this efie and pwm, hugs and wait.

  • reginato77:

hello, I really liked the equipment so that he saw the performance and make the most of hydrogen, is you send me by email the scheme in writing because then I can translate into Portuguese, as in Brazil have not seen anything like it. I already have a generator in the car but do not use this equipment, I still have a reasonable economy, I look tetorno and congratulations “to help us here also” kkk.abraços

  • eloid777:

where can i get the pwm what the part number, who makes it where to get it

  • wonderwayner:

will this unit only aply to petrol/Gas motors

  • sektorf5:

You are right. But, depending on his car, he may have 2 before the cat. If so, it is my understanding that they both need to be adjusted.

  • pgpeachess:

you only need to adjust one 02 sensor: the front one…

  • davidrrrd:

so how about an update, hows it all working

  • Mongosbikes:

Do you offer the plasn for your units. I like your layout. If so, were can I get a copy.

    Nice work…

    Thanks
