You mean if you ask a plastic molder to produce parts for you? Just very ballpark – say for a small PP part the size of a wallet, unit cost is likey less than , maybe just cents. But the upfront tooling cost is large: say ,000 for a small, basic injection-molding tool. Tooling can be over ,000 for larger, more intricate parts.

Depends a lot on your product’s size and complexity and how much volume you want to make, of course….

Hope this helps – but if you’re talking about buying a machine and setting up your own factory it’s a much bigger question.
