Question by dfs raj: Do you anyone who conduct a training (teach) on Plastic Injection Moulding?

One place you might group you might want to check with is John Klees Enterprise Inc. If their not able to help you they might be able to steer you in the right direction.

I’ve been to a few different training seminars with Klees and Bozzelli they both are great instructors. Their not just a corporate slaes person just pushing you towards a product their selling like say the crew at RJG or so many other injection molding seminars I have gone to in the past 20 years.

Why do guys like plastic girls? Girls with breast implants, collagen injections, fake tan, bleach blond hair- everything fake and unnatural. I know you will say that not all guys like that, and it’s true. But a lot of guys go for this look. Why? What is wrong with society that some people prefer this look? Why not just accept our natural beauty? Why go to such extremes?

They don’t. They just “like” the open opportunity to get in these girls pants. They look like total slurries.

I’m from Boston, and one of the things we are well known for is our health care. I personally would recommend checking out doctors from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston (http://www.bidmc.org) or Mount Auburn Hospital in Belmont (http://www.mountauburnhospital.org) first. Other hospitals that are well noted are Mass General in Boston (http://www.mgh.harvard.edu), Tufts Medical Center in Boston (http://www.tuftsmedicalcenter.org), and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston (http://www.brighamandwomens.org). If you don’t drive, public transportation is most likely available for the hospitals I’ve mentioned. In order to find a bus route, you can go to http://www.mbta.com. You may need a referral from a primary care doctor for the surgery depending on your insurance. They can also recommend you to a surgeon.

My girlfriend is 26 years old and she has high blood sugar and recently found out that she got diabetes. She takes medecation. She told me that she wants plastic surgery on her breast and pmma injections. My question is that can she get plastic surgery or not since she has health problems like high blood sugar and diabetes. Would it affect her health worst afterwards? Her heath in long term? thanks.

Why has there never been an attempt to make houses useing plastic mold injection techniques. It seems it would be a low cost solution to the housing crisis face America. the bottom could be filled with sand for stability and surface painting could protect them from sun damage. the posabilities are endless
If flamahbility were an issue , Im pretty sure it could be sprayed with a flame retardent.Plumbing and electrical would be simple as removeable panels and once in place could use spray foam insulation in the walls
Actualy it could be made as a singular unit , and delivered much the same as trailer houses, walls could be almost any desired depth

Surely youre not refering to the same substance that childrens playhouses are made from and left in the yard in the sun,
I dont think it realy poses much of a threat, however if the science bears out , there are many coatings and sealants that could be aplied to contain any possable contaminants

You mean if you ask a plastic molder to produce parts for you? Just very ballpark – say for a small PP part the size of a wallet, unit cost is likey less than , maybe just cents. But the upfront tooling cost is large: say ,000 for a small, basic injection-molding tool. Tooling can be over ,000 for larger, more intricate parts.

Depends a lot on your product’s size and complexity and how much volume you want to make, of course….

Hope this helps – but if you’re talking about buying a machine and setting up your own factory it’s a much bigger question.
