Rapid Aluminum Tooling Part 1 | Rapid Injection Molding

Dan Mishek Co-Owner of Vista Technologies spoke about Rapid Tooling at Minni Tek. Minni Tek was a half day seminar focusing on Low Volume Production. Dan’s Speech focused on using Aluminum Molds for rapid injection molding low volume production parts. He also shows how Rapid tooling can be used for undercuts, hand pick-outs, overmolding and complex molds. There was also comparisons between Rapid Tooling, Direct Digital Manufacturing and CNC Machining (Horizontal vs. Vertical Milling)
