Question by ANANTH S: Post Diploma courses(correspondence) and the way to jump to bigger company?
I am working in Plastic injection moulding industry. It is a SSI unit and I working since 10 years. I am getting a nominal salory. I would like to have a jump. To my knowledge I have been in the same position from more than 4 years and I am reporting to Asst. manager and GM. It is not possible to go to next position in this complany.

Because of my family problem I could been able to go out of my city or continue my education.

Pls guide me on higher eductaion(correspondence) and the way to jump to other factory.
