The part being made in this video is a baby bottle, on another machine, a cap and cover are being made that will make the bottle complete. Caffjon, its not sitting in there for cooling, if that was the case they would just increase cooling times making the cycle time longer. Its a two shot engel press. It shoots in one material, opens and spins, then shoots in the second material allowing for parts made of 2 different compounds

anyone seen the size of the the moulding tool for the plastic wheelie bins? its about 3 times the size of that machine alone lol
Nothing to do with it being a twin shot machine then?
Thats very clever mould design.The component sits in the mould for two cycles before being ejected reducing the chance of cooling deformities occurring.
