You have to decide for yourself whether you want to carry the burden for the rest of your life or to unload the burden.Try meditation,it might provide you the wisdom to let go.
Life cycle.
Live. Love. Accept.
Everyone knows that they are going to die. Some just die faster than others, but everyone already knows that. The longer you hang on, the worse it will be. It doesn’t make you any less of a human, or any more of a rememberer. Everyone has to face it one day. The rashes are just a symbolic reminder in the back of your head, that you dont want to let go.
Don’t think of them gone, think of them on vacation. A really long one.
There are a lot of chemicals that “WILL KILL YOU” in plastics you should contact a good lawyer right and explain your suspicions as specially if he had children………..GOOD Luck AND GOD BLESS………..JACK PS “he may be trying to get you to look into his death” does anyone else agree?? AND “EMMAN D YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR GIRL FRIEND GET A BLOOD TEST DONE FOR CHEMICALS IN IT !!
You have to ask yourself what he would have wanted you to do in this case, and go with your heart. I can not tell you what will ease your pain, and I doubt anyone else will, you were the one that knew him better and it should be your thoughts that heal your own heart. Sorry for your loss.
Death is so hard because it is so final. I don’t think anyone can ever let go or get over it especially a sudden death. I believe a person never stops missing someone they love. It does get easier to learn to accept it and go on with your life.
I am sorry about your bother and I wish you the best.
I am so sorry for you loss. I {unfortunately} learned the same lesson. It never gets easier to to let go. It just gets easier to live with it. Give it time. Time is a great healer. Good luck.
