Trial Animation Injection Moulding

Flat press is an excellent tool for making multiple layer flat composite panels. This process is one of the mainstays of making high performance ballistic panels. In the manufacturing of these ballistic panels material is stacked into multiple layers and pressed under heat and pressure. The number of layers is determined by the threat level needed to be defeated.

Productivity is a result of Efficiency, and not energy efficiency like some are talking right now, but COMPLETE Efficiency…if you don’t know the Baselines of your business how can you improve it?… if your Equipment isn’t kept and operated properly how can you depend on it?…if your organization has no effective worker’s communication & training how can you get people to do the right things?…get it? Process, Equipment, Personnel, the core elements… get the Industrial Efficiency Triangle.

I can’t believe this has had this many views. Or the fact I am working at O’Reilly Auto Parts now instead of injection molding. ha :)

  • CitirPitir1:

    Wrong/ False.
In mould It doesnt rotate!!!! :@

  • Pitocau:

    This is so WRONG

  • DarthL:

Rotation alone does not provide enough pressure to fill the form.

  • twohandtap:

The screw also helps to mix the colour while it rotates. For the rest slowaacivic explains it fully.

  • slowasscivic:

During the cooling time the screw rotates and transfers plastic in front of the screw(charging). The cooling time ends, and when the screw has fully recovered the mold opens, ejects the part and the cycle starts again. The mold closes, then screw reciprocates(moves forward) and injects the plastic into the mold.

  • depth2009:

yh same here…why the hell would you want a screw to reciprocate anyway ?

  • reelballa:

What, i thought the screw rotates pushing the resin to the mold??

  • hakan197626:

    GOOD BUT WRONG

  • slowasscivic:

Your animation is incorrect. The screw injects the resin into the mold by reciprocating not rotating.
