@davewhite2007 you can always use the ” intrusion option ” it is available in most of the injection machines it allows you to inject into the machine while charging,option #2 you can also increase the back pressure that way you can more material into the barrel. I hope this help
@davewhite2007 Replace it. You are not fixing anything your are only patching up the problem for a short term and possibly overworking the machine.
A pdf file in the internet would use a lot less space. Why video? No additional benefit.
What about showing the molding mistakes instead of describing them? Even that can be done better ina pdf file…

If the screw and barrel are worn, how else can you fix a short shot problem?
